Complete cross-runtime compiler checkpoint with verified rolling retention
H2=H3=Z3 verified from frozen a3b1cc2, 931 complete objects and all compiler bundles. Twelve result cases pass on each runtime; eight mutation controls reject; nix flake check passes all 845 Haskell tests and other checks. Retention plan/apply/check complete: current H2, distinct rollback, support, all cross-host evidence and Nix runtime roots retained; 30 superseded object directories pruned (51,396,608 allocated bytes estimated).
Evidence under .bootstrap-run/cross-runtime-2 and .bootstrap-run/retention-cross-runtime. accepted-cross-host.json SHA256 0cdf34235d5ac45c6952c1fd65b45d2ef89824a4df843cd777fc4604b32f9528; completed retention plan SHA256 cd6ec104c1f9cf1d5191b70f58ab4a6e93a8b53ffcd6cc2fd47ac6dd4d4304e8. Common transport/packing remain Haskell; no fixture replacement or Haskell-free bootstrap claim.
